Back in the 1950’s, in war-ravaged Liverpool, a group of poor, working-class musicians came together to form a band called The Beatles. Remarkably, within a couple of years, this band of unknowns, playing local gigs, catapulted themselves onto the world stage. Beatlemania took root and went viral before digital communication, and despite digital innovation and an ever-changing global environment, The Beatles still hold the record for the most Number One Albums on the British Charts and the most singles sold in the UK.

Their drive to continually improve is part and parcel of the entire legacy and enduring influence of The Beatles today. Today, we must ask: Are we agile, are we reinventing ourselves sufficiently?
