He built his first multi-million-rand business at the age of 26. Now, twelve years later, he has been instrumental in the growth of hundreds of enterprises, both large and small, implementing business growth plans and developing high-performance sales professionals.

Winston holds a BCom in Management from Unisa, a Diploma in Marketing from the IMM, and is currently an MBA candidate. He is a published author of three books on sales and business growth.

Based in the UK with his wife and two children, Tim holds a degree in Business, Finance, and Marketing from Hull University.
