This isn’t just another business event.
It’s the one your team will still be talking about next quarter.
Founder and CEO of LRMG, Ricky Robinson, has devoted his life and career to inviting teams and organisations to challenge themselves to stretch into their potential to enable growth and success.
In the last 26 years, Ricky's entrepreneurial spirit, strategic insight and business acumen have played an important role in growing LRMG into a high-performance company with long-term client partnerships built on credibility, trust and growth.
Today, LRMG employs more than 300 people who innovate, test, refine and deploy solutions internally first before taking it to client environments to help ignite success in people and organisations across Africa.
Ricky believes that "success is less about being a performer and more about performing; less about the podium and more about the progress. True, sustainable success is a combination of mindset, perspective, effort and self-leadership. It is an ongoing journey."

For the past 18 years, he has been on the front lines of sales, working in both B2B and B2C roles, and helping sales teams exceed their targets. He built his first multi-million-rand business at the age of 26. Now, twelve years later, he has been instrumental in the growth of hundreds of enterprises, both large and small, implementing business growth plans and developing high-performance sales professionals.
Winston holds a BCom in Management from Unisa, a Diploma in Marketing from the IMM, and is currently an MBA candidate. He is a published author of three books on sales and business growth.
Dr Jefferson Yu-Jen Chen is a full-time faculty member at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), University of Pretoria, and a consultant with Forward Notion Advisory.
He coaches, advises, and delivers keynotes to leaders across sectors, specialising in organisational learning, digital transformation, and talent strategy in a technology-driven world. His work explores how organisations harness the right paradox between contextual self-disruption and steady incremental improvement to build resilient, future-ready capability.
Fascinated by how corporates navigate change, Dr Chen brings both academic depth and practical insight to every engagement. In his spare time, he enjoys chatting with random strangers often uncovering unexpected insights from these seemingly unrelated conversations.
