Charlene Khadua is a Learning and Technology specialist with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Learning transformation. As the Learning and Technology Manager at Bowmans she drives the design and implementation of innovative, tech-enabled learning experiences that support leadership and organizational growth. With a strong focus on digital enablement, AI in learning and development, and inclusive learning practices, she’s passionate about making learning more human and impactful.

Throughout her career, Charlene has worked closely with cross-functional teams to enhance digital learning ecosystems and lead strategic initiatives. Her expertise in learning technologies, programming, digital transformation, and AI in L&D positions her as an emerging thought leader—currently on a mission to become an evangelist for AI and digital innovation in learning, helping others embrace the future of education.

And here’s a fun fact: when she’s not transforming learning, Charlene is planning to master her seventh musical instrument, is known as a “human algorithm” for her uncanny ability to find the best online deals — and has her sights set on becoming the next Serena Williams of padel.

Charl Cuyler has worked at MTN for 22 years, taking on various management roles in organisational development, talent management, leadership, and culture transformation. He also served as a member of the MTN Eswatini board for two years. Currently, he leads the Centre of Excellence in Global Leadership & Learning Innovation within the Group HR function at MTN’s global headquarters based in Gauteng, South Africa. His team provides strategic direction and support for business operations across 16 countries, focusing on learning and development policies, frameworks, and global talent, leadership and culture services.

Charl has presented at international leadership summits and visited companies on various assignments, worldwide. He represents South Africa and Africa as an advisory board member and adjudicator for the Global Certified Corporate University (GCCU) Forum based in Paris, France. He holds degrees in Industrial Psychology and Business Management and enjoys swimming, cycling, nature activities, and travelling.
