Additionally, with content development going hand in hand with Talent Development systems, I have been fortunate enough to be involved intricately with this element of the value chain as well.

For the past 18 years, he has been on the front lines of sales, working in both B2B and B2C roles, and helping sales teams exceed their targets. He built his first multi-million-rand business at the age of 26. Now, twelve years later, he has been instrumental in the growth of hundreds of enterprises, both large and small, implementing business growth plans and developing high-performance sales professionals.

Winston holds a BCom in Management from Unisa, a Diploma in Marketing from the IMM, and is currently an MBA candidate. He is a published author of three books on sales and business growth.
