At LRMG, all our tribe members gather under three strategic baobab trees in service of our Dream 2025 and beyond. We develop our people to perform at their highest point of contribution and grow our tribe with energised and inspired people that believe in inclusivity and want their voice to be heard.
The intersection of my passion and purpose (P2) is where people feel safe to improve themselves and add value to the lives of others. I am what I do, and crafting solutions that support the improvement of the performance of people through shared values and cultural alignment is my highest point of contribution.
In LRMG you are viewed not only as who you are right now, but as who you want to become. Since I joined, I have been in various roles which I co-created with my manager. This journey has stretched me in ways I did not know I needed. As a young, black, millennial woman, it has helped me structure my career plan and my future. I know that I am talented, I believe I have a lot to offer and I’m grateful for being in an organisation where I am treated as an asset.
Because at LRMG they believed in ME and MY potential; they gave me the opportunity to be something more; they gave me the freedom to explore, to be curious, to learn, to grow and most importantly, the tools and helping hand to stretch. It’s been four years and when I reflect on the person I am today, I can confidently say: LRMG Changed Me !
