A journey from the North West province, where she spent her days amongst farm animals and reading books such as James and the giant peach by Roald Dahl, to the professional world of EdTech within LRMG.
I will never forget my first day at LRMG and it will remain a highlight to the start of an amazing part of my career journey. I was warmly welcomed into the LRMG fold, my name displayed on the welcome board, a beautiful red rose, delicious chocolate and a personalised note, elegantly and stylishly presented to me on a welcome plate. It made me feel incredibly special and I could feel the warmth and love of the company.
My journey since then has been one of immense upliftment, support and growth. It is a wonderful reflection of LRMG’s brand values being truly lived, in a natural and authentic manner.
To be a part of such a purposeful, driven and elite organisation has always been a lifetime dream of mine, growing up in Mafeking in the Northwest Province, where I was determined to make a success of my life having received great support from my mom and dad, as well as all my teachers and the community. As a result, I have always had a burning desire within me to help others succeed, especially those affected by poverty and not having access to an education.

I am ignited and excited each morning when I wake up to be a part of LRMG and, most importantly, to be of dedicated service and support to our clients, partners and colleagues too.
LRMG has truly allowed my soul, mindset and spirt to be AWAKENDED beyond measure, and I find myself living out my true purpose and dreams of impacting others in a meaningful way every day. I have found my home and my family.
My heart is filled with gratitude and immense joy to be able to do what I do each day!
May the love and warmth shown to me at the start of my career journey almost 1 year ago now, continue to shine from within me as true and authentic love, compassion and care for each person I engage with daily.
