Derek is passionate about inspiring others to see the big picture – inspiring and engaging teams and individuals to perform beyond expectation. In his role at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, Derek aligned and integrated executive teams across 14 African countries – with fibre and data centres from the Cape to Cairo – to improve P&L numbers through executive performance management, corporate calendar implementation and leadership development. This is a complex culture transformation on a continental scale.

As a keynote speaker at LRMG’s Big Summit Talent Festival, Derek shares an exciting story about the transformation and acceleration of the sales function following a recent merger.
