Caitlin Tudhope is a registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist, and is Head of Talent Management, Learning, Remuneration, Rewards and Shared Services at Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH). She is passionate about finding innovative and people-centric solutions in the ever-changing world of work. Over the past 4 years, Caitlin and her team have designed and implemented OD, Talent and HR solutions, including a new Performance Engagement framework and a digitised rewards process and platform for the TIH Group.
