As the head of L&D at Zanaco, a leading bank in Zambia, Joseph is passionate about the upliftment and development of people. He strives to build an innovative, people-centric, digital learning culture at Zanaco, and is one of the pioneers that led the way for the adoption of digital learning across the bank – countrywide. Joseph plays a pivotal role in helping teams transition to digital learning as part of their talent development initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment of training and people performance needs.
